Dear Camera Owner,
Hello, hello ! You will be asked a lot: "Where do you get your films developed?" when you show your prints around with this dramatic and unique "framing" .... it really does gets people's attention. "My friends thought they were photographer's proofs!" wrote an enthusiastic customer. As you can see I can develop your 35 millimeter films a very different way .... they not only have one white border but also a black border. Yes, two borders, plus they are dated! Never have to guess when your pictures were developed again! |

My customers tell me they are continually being asked, "Where do you get your films developed?". I know they are having fun feeling the satisfaction of seeing eyebrows raised when they show their impressive pictures. They stand out! And it's so easy to get your film developed this way.
To illustrate this point from time to time I display competitors sample color prints that were developed at cheap places that people have shown me asking what is wrong with their camera. Right next to these samples I show the made over print to illustrate the difference. Click to see a comparison. |

I am always surprised that people are so flabbergasted at the difference they see. Don't they know developing can be a major factor in print quality? One woman, I suspect realizing for the first time that the dark and or washed out faces she had been getting might be the developing and not her picture taking, went to get her husband sitting in his pickup truck to show him the difference.

"Well I fished your envelope from the trash! I was lucky it hadn't been burned yet!" wrote an enthusiastic new customer when sending her first film. There is a very interesting story behind this which I would like to share with you.

I have been developing film by mail for over 45 years so I have evolved into a bit of a perfectionist .... and, Oh! What a difference there can be in your Quality when you are not looking for the cheapest!
